Pros

Easily one of the best companies I've ever worked for. I hated that I had to leave, but circumstances dictated that I move. Everyone is terrific to work with, even the difficult/needy people. Every organization has them and it takes all types. If given the opportunity, I would eagerly work here again.

Cons

Few, if any. Only issue from IT's perspective was there was sometimes extremely short turnaround on new hire information, so we were crunched for time. But this happens everywhere.
