Work environment is great, culture of the company is professional and laid back at the same time. Many career opportunities to move within the company - even I decide to move to an office across the country.

Great staff People are always really nice there but some are a bunch of hypocrites

Training is horrible they expect you to learn in a day. They say if you have questions it is ok while you are not failing to do your job right but that is not true they will think of you as someone that is not able to catch things really quick. Please do not put your family second because of this job its not worth it because it is not guaranteed There is no advancement opportunities If they do not like how you work they will not give you feedback so you can get better they will just keep you doing the same thing over and over again until they are tired of you I will not recommended no one to work here specially customer service
