      My experience working for i360 has been very pleasant and rewarding. The company provides fair and trusted environment and the executive team is deeply committed to make its employees succeed. The company provides great opportunities to its employees to expand their skills and abilities and to grow in their professional career. The small size of the organization helps foster open dialogue between employees and the management team. I have fully enjoyed my time working at i360. I have been provided opportunities to grow with complete respect for work life balance.

      Pros

      I am enjoying working at i360. I joined i360 after working for a large global organization. I enjoy the small size of i360 where I have a voice at the table. I find our leadership team is open to suggestions and appreciates the diverse strengths different team members provide. I have received professional development opportunities and been given the chance to work on special projects in addition to my client work. Pros: Good corporate culture, excellent benefits, competitive salary, work-life balance, flexibility, supportive of professional growth
