      Pros

      Great opportunities and the employees are well taken care. The culture is very employee friendly and salary is above the market. Management is always looking in advance for our next project even if it is a year out.

      Benefits were just increased again! No cons to working for i360!

      Its Basically a body-shop outfit ....lots of Turnover. No Career-Path : just a consulting company...that makes money-off YOU !!!!

      Expect your career at i360 to last months and not years. No management, lack of Oracle expertise, consultants are a revolving door and no career path.
