Aerospace is an interesting industry

Cons

Very unstable company that is constantly changing strategies on a whim. Leadership is uncertain how to proceed in a market dominated by much larger players. A handful of long time employees are the only ones trusted - new ideas and strategies are not welcomed.

Cons

revolving door. Why bother actually providing feedback. It's much easier to simply fire them. The number of people fired for no reason is staggering. They will never prosper because there is a revolving door when it comes to employees.
