I don't see anything positive in this place.

Almost everyone in the leadership of iBaset is hostile and toxic. There are a very few ones who are decent, and I only remember one of them being actually a good leader and mentor. However, the rest of them are toxic and aggressive, and they always verbally abuse and humiliate us.

You get an excellent work-life balance, and the managers are approachable and supportive. The team is very competent and friendly. The projects help you gain valuable experience, especially in large product development.
