Pros
Direct training from upper management. Great work environment with good coworkers. Will get poached by other companies within 1-2 years.
Cons
Limited income potential. Goals are difficult to hit, resulting in minimal pay out on bonuses. Occasional unrealistic expectations - answer emails on weekends, do a 3 week job in 1 week, have something finished in a set amount of time when it's not within your control.
