Pros
Some coworkers are really helpful and friendly.
Cons
Weak leadership: Some higher ups in the company lack strong leadership skills and will blame people below them for their shortcomings rather than working together to solve the problem or even leading by example. If you bring up a problem + solution to management, they will turn a blind eye to you stating that it's your fault the problem exists in the first place. Blatant Favoritism: Management likes to play favorites and will find every way (including by inappropriate means) to keep it that way. Underperformance is not an issue if you're one of the favorites and the rest of the team will get blamed for that one individual's mistakes and lack of correction. Dysfunctional Management: Management expects employees to go above and beyond for the company with well below industry compensation - and even then that'll get you in trouble sometimes. They do not try to offer reasonable solutions to address the issues presented, and will not accept any solutions you try to propose to fix the problem. They will also try to keep you quiet in terms of pay by stating they will give you a quarterly bonus, but that hardly rolls around, if ever. Outdated: Overall, the way the company is run, including business strategy, is outdated. The company has not and is not willing to adapt to the ever changing modern day business world.
