cool and easy to get along with co-worker

Cons

Work environment is messy and disorganized. Bad communication and no comradery between departments. Rules and regulation are set but no one follows them. Most of the people are on their phones all day and don't finish their work. No training whatsoever, you get thrown in to fend for yourself. If you're a guy, rain or sunny, you have to walk 30 minutes a day from the offsite parking to the office (no pay). Unless you suck up to management and be their soulless puppet, there is no room for growth.

None that I can think of.

Cons

You work like a machine and your supervisor still thinks you don't work hard enough even if your eyes are half-blind from staring at the monitors for eight hours. A toxic environment like a prison work camp with no communication between staff. Typical Asian family-style company where they screw you over and tell that you are incompetent. Parking is 15 mins walk away from the office means that you can add 30mins unpaid work time to your schedule. No benefits paid during the probation period and that is probably the entire time you will be here. High employee turnover rate since they either got fire or left since working here is miserable.

It's an Entry-Level computer job i guess.

Cons

Management doesn't care and are very abusive, growth with-in company, no pay raise, bad warehouse conditions, faulty equipment to work with, HR does nothing about it.
