Pros

As a newly onboarded employee I've been very impressed by iCIMS. Everything COVID-related has been handled professionally and openly, as you'd expect from a company in this industry. The leadership is communicative and I do feel like part of an organization. There is a wealth of knowledge made available to employees that is consistently updated—and if you can't find something, there's always someone to help—The positive culture is a huge plus.

Cons

Nothing major to call out here. The experience has been very positive. As a new employee it really does seem that the right things are being said and also done. E.G. work/life balance is paid lip service at all levels, but it really does seem to be backed up in practice as well. The amount of talented and well-natured people i've had the pleasure of working with so far backs this up more than my 3 months of experience can.

Pros

I had a wonderful experience interviewing with iCIMS, and was beyond impressed with the training and onboarding that each new employee gets. It really gave me a great feel for the company and it's values. I joined just as COVID-19 really made the news and have been impressed with how the company has handled this. From frequent meetings with upper management, to clearly seeing how pulse check survey results are being used to improve the quality of life of iCIMS employees. It's been a great experience so far and I'm excited to learning and growing with this team.

Cons

There seems to be some disconnect between the parent company and the companies that were acquired that is still being worked through internally. Sometimes it feels like we're all on the same team working towards a goal, other time it feels like multiple teams are fighting over shared resources to accomplish the same goal. Not awful necessarily as anyone in a big or even small organization can feel this way.
