Good benefits Nice coworkers in sales who want to help

Unbelievable churn in EVERY department (see other reviews) as a result of: Zero consideration for our clients experience Constantly shifting priorities that take away from selling Exec leadership sole focus on the bottom line and selling off the business In Account Management, you will face incredible headwinds at every turn. Our clients and colleagues are leaving at incredible pace and you will be expected to pick up the slack and apologize until you’re blue in the face with no solutions to provide to clients. I’ve never seen an organization care less about client or employee experience so while the technology itself is pretty solid, you are oftentimes boxed into a corner.

Literally everything about the job. Upper management is completely out of their element and has no idea how to manage the help desk. Because of their negligence, support wait times have exceeded over an hour for phone calls and sometimes up to 9 days for a support ticket. The support team is expected to be at their desks at all hours of the work day and will get nastygrams from managers if they are perceived as idle for longer than a few minutes.
