Pros

* The central Jersey location is great, historic building with fantastic amenities * Lots of employee perks * Some of the smartest, most passionate, and talented people I've ever worked with * A culture that was incredibly inviting, supportive, and inclusive...at least for a while

Cons

* Employees are required to learn and do things vastly different from their job description or roles they were hired for * Roles in Customer Service and Sales department are constantly being redefined by management * Mid-level manager don't do a great job of recognizing the hardest working or most dedicated employees * Honest feedback is ignored or discounted by management * Employees are over-worked, over-stressed, and under-payed * The company culture has suffered after the acquisition. We have fewer employee mixers, team outings, and gatherings to recognize individual contributors * Blame for poor performance in sales and retention is being shifted to the wrong part of the business

Cons

This once great company is going down the tubes quickly. The talented people who built this company are leaving in droves. It is so disturbing watching great people leave. Culture and people are no longer valued, the product is stale, and new leaders coming aboard are simply out of touch and have zero people skills. Stay away. The culture is toxic.

I don’t think I could have had a more traumatizing experience working for this company in Customer Success. CS was NOT considered a priority when thinking about initiatives - more of an after thought, which resulted in a horrible customer experience because we weren’t properly enabled to do our jobs. Sudden product releases without warning or context, random acquisitions, and constant demands from sales to support their futile efforts to lure unattainable customers when we didn’t even have the bandwidth to manage our day to day as it was. Leadership did nothing to prevent that sort of culture from continuing regardless of feedback from every individual contributor that was able to take a break from drowning and actually give feedback. Everything fell on deaf ears.
