      Pros

      Once I connected with a recruiter, the process was very smooth. The two recruiters I worked with were well-informed and very professional. The interview process was straight forward, meeting with four managers from the team. It is worth asking a lot of questions throughout so you can communicate your strengths in relation to the role.

      Cons

      On-campus representatives were lackluster compared to the professionals in-house. Keep checking for open positions that match your background.

      Pros

      Job flexibility to do the job as you see fit Guidance from management Transparent communications within the organization Semi-open office environment . Encourages collaboration but affords a level of individuality. Side offices that you can use when privacy is needed. Encouraging work environment. Opportunity to move into a variety of roles in the organization.

      Cons

      Business moves very fast so there is an undercurrent of expectations to produce quickly. Tough to do when it's about building relationships. However, immediate management seems in tune with this. It's about communicating your progress and anticipated results.

      The interview process was professional and very in depth. I met with a few different managers and each one was friendly and relatable. Everyone I cake in contact with was nothing but kind and courteous.

      Cons

      May have taken some time, but it’s worth it to ensure the best candidate is selected
