      Pros

      Great culture where the company is always evolving. Thinking outside the box and being able to bring something new to the table are always welcome at iCIMS. Growth potential is excellent, as there are so many new roles and teams being developed. Ideal for someone with the goal of advancement in a fun workplace.

      Cons

      Things are always changing, but that comes with the territory, especially for a software company.

      Pros

      I joined the company about 6 months ago and am extremely happy I did so. What I've found is a highly results oriented company that acknowledges and rewards people for their work. You'll work hard but in an environment where everyone is aligned to a common goal and celebrates wins. They are extremely transparent in what they share especially given that they are a private company. I've worked for both public and private companies before and was happily surprised with the information shared which I believe helps me to do my job better.

      Cons

      They are a relatively young company and experiencing some growing pains which is normal, but does sometimes create some challenges, i.e. in some cases policies and procedures are still being put in place and staffing is trying to catch up to the growth. But on the flip side, this is what I love about it - you really get the opportunity to make an impact!

      Pros

      iCIMS provides employees with tremendous growth opportunities to rise within the company. It also provides good health benefits. The company culture is very good and it is a fun place to work at. The company is also growing at a rapid pace.
