      Pros

      It's a great place to work. iCIMS is a company that creates a plan and hits that plan. They are disciplined in their execution and goal setting and employees are held accountable and expected to take ownership of their roles. There is transparency across all levels of the organization. Employees are encouraged to be vocal and drive change. Great product to boot.

      Cons

      If you are afraid of having being held to high standards and contributing to great work this isn't the place for you. It's a fast paced company so expect to keep up.

      Pros

      - Great employee base. From day one I felt like I had worked there for months from the way I was treated. - Top-notch Benefits. Health, Dental, Vision, Matching 401k. In-office benefits include company lunches, monthly performance perks, bagel fridays. Makes for great moral. - Business casual dress code makes for a relaxed environment. - Really passionate employees. The company has core competencies that really are a reflection of the staff as a whole. - Motivated to improve employee knowledge through training, classes, seminars, etc.

      Cons

      - 9-6 work day. This is about the only negative comment I can make about iCIMS.

      Pros

      I love the energy of this company and that the people who work here are really here because they want to be here. I stand by our core competencies and appreciate the transparency of the upper management.

      Cons

      The workload in my sector of the company is at times simply unreasonable. I think this is an effect of growing pains, but would really like to see the Professional Services sector staffed better, and more in advance of when we have to deliver.
