      Terrible work life balance

      Pros

      Coworkers truly care about customers and were even more passionate in trying to help one another succeed. The technology is itself is solid.

      Cons

      The worst work life balance I've ever been apart of. Most coworkers working well past 6:00 PM every single day. Having to take meetings and provide answers while out on "PTO".

      Thank you for your feedback. Work/life balance for our employees is important to us. In support of this, we’ve implemented recharge days (company-wide days off), quiet hours (1.5 hour block on the calendar each day), a partnership with Headspace (free to all employees), and several other initiatives.       Pros

      The people I work with day to day are fantastic and they're the only reason I am still employed. Healthcare benefits are actually pretty solid. Developed some great skills that I can put to use at other jobs.

      Cons

      Understaffed and overworked. Underpaid when compared to similar jobs in the industry. Every decision that leadership makes not only doesn't solve the problem but creates additional issues--rinse and repeat. Opportunities for growth internally are overlooked because the company would prefer to outsource or hire interns from external companies with no applicable experience to the role.

      Pros

      Solid benefits, but most software companies can compete. Also, the pay is subpar. Most that leave are finding similar jobs making 20k +.

      Cons

      Executive leadership team does not care about the employees (especially the COO). They’re just greedy, unappreciative dictators. I wish I was exaggerating, but I’m not... iCIMS has become such a sad company. Most employees are burnt out, unhappy, and looking for new opportunities.
