This company is more cliquey than high school. Graduate degrees or education in general is not valued here while favoritism, cliques, gossip, and drama run rampant and are crucial in the decision of who gets fired. Do not work here in hopes of moving up the corporate ladder, if you do well in your role you will be pigeon holed into that role for your life span at the company- people from the outside are always brought in if a new position opens up instead of promoting people from within. This is so the HR team can hit their quota and so someone in the top clique/management can cash in on a referral bonus. The salaries are extremely low while the company boasts multi million dollar earnings and the CEO drives past his minions in a conspicuous Mercedes convertible. The location is awful as it is right on a highway in Matawan where the most thrilling thing to do is get cheap gas at Quick Check on your lunch break or run across the highway to eat at Pizza Hut. This company loves hiring kids (some of them look 15 years old) so they can bring them in at 37,500$ base salary and instill the fear of god in them to perform to the point of working through every lunch, on weekends, and after hours. Cultish. Ive worked years at this company and have seen amazing people get fired on a whim. While they boast an open door policy be weary...if you offend management in anyway shape or form your fate is sealed. This company was listed in the top Best Places to Work for in NJ only because iCIMS strong armed their current staff into going online and filling out the survey to say that everything was amazing there. They were shameless about it as we'll and said to do it for the benefit of attracting talent for the HR dept. Be weary of reviews that are extremely positive, the company itself has the HR or Marketing team write them. Accepting another opportunity was the best professional decision I ever made-- I do NOT miss this place.
