Great energy, fun, and continual learning. Contrary to other reviews, I believe management is open to feedback and objective. I push back all the time in the name of new ideas and continual improvement, and and as a manager aI encourage my team to do the same.

Cons

It is true that iCIMS seeks to hire ambitious, creative, fun, and passionate people...in other words, they seek top caliber talent. It has been what has lead to their great success. So yes, in that regard, this company may not be a fit for everybody.

Pros

In reading some of the reviews below, some have pointed out that there is not much room for growth within the company. I am honestly shocked to here someone say that, as this company has demonstrated time and again that if a box doesn't exist for you right now, that they will create one for you in order to keep you within the company. There is never a day I come to work that I am bored with what I do, or unhappy with the overall group of people that I work with. I am truly lucky to have the experiences I have had with iCIMS.

Cons

Some other reviews having pointed out that iCIMS tends to be cliquish, and while in some ways that is a bit true, I think a lot of that has to do with the age group of the employees and the industry in which the company lives. That being said, as an employee that is outside of the typical clique roles, I am quite close and have developed good professional relationships with employees across the entire company. So I do truly believe it is dependent on the person as much as the company.

I find what I do both rewarding and challenging. This company really cares about constant improvement and growing a business the right way. New ideas and innovation are embraced and anyone has an opportunity to make a difference. As an employee you really feel a sense of ownership in what you are doing. I've seen new graduates out of school, as well as more seasoned professionals grow here.

Cons

I would consider this more of a pro, but I guess it depends on the individual reading it. This truly is a high performance culture. If an individual comes here just looking to just collect a paycheck, then this not the environment for them.
