      Pros

      The culture at iCIMS is unmatched. Everyone in the professional services and customer service division genuinely wants to help and is willing to go out of their way to do what is best for the customers and their team mates.

      Cons

      Inconsistent leadership through the past 6 years has lead to a product vision that has been a moving target. The current leadership appears to be moving the product back on track, but there is a lot of catch up necessary.

      Pros

      Remote work but only if you don't live in the NJ area. You're safe if you can brown nose your way to get recognition from C level

      Cons

      Compensation below market, absolutely no culture or empathy, multiple rounds of layoffs after setting up offshore team in India, no accountability from management or leadership.

      New leadership seems focused on the right things - making the core product better and improving customer experience

      Cons

      Change and pivots have led to reduced headcount which is always challenging to see, in addition to organic attrition of solid contributors. Previous leadership made some extremely poor decisions and acquisitions which made it challenging to keep up with competition in certain areas.
