Pros

Pay is decent Good work life balance

Cons

Multiple layoffs Lots of cooks in the kitchen Management over their heads Lots of meetings about nothing Managers with minimal to no experience Mangers brought in by other managers..nepotism. Several CEO's in less than 3 years No focus. They are a mess. Their values, which they claim is all about customers, etc...is just a word salad that they don't adhere by in anyway.

Pros

-One pro that usually goes unappreciated is the unsung heroes that go above and beyond for their customers and teams while treading water themselves (this includes some mid-level managers, support teams & developers) -Unlimited PTO -Learning experience

Cons

-Clear disconnect between service/support department and sales & upper level management -High turnover which is a clear distinguishing quality of the environment the company fosters -Knowledge gaps in training doesn't properly prepare you for the work environment you encounter...which you eventually learn from, but not w/o a lot of unnecessary & time-consuming obstacles

Good product, good people to work with. New product releases to upgrade current customers with

Cons

No loyalty to their people. Second mass layoff in two years. At the drop of a dime, they will lay off their talent to save a buck, while simultaneously buying other companies in the same week. Management in more concerned about rehashing pipeline reports with their team multiple times each week than actually spending time closing business and improving their talent. Customer service is getting bad making it hard to renew customers.
