-Clear disconnect between service/support department and sales & upper level management -High turnover which is a clear distinguishing quality of the environment the company fosters -Knowledge gaps in training doesn't properly prepare you for the work environment you encounter...which you eventually learn from, but not w/o a lot of unnecessary & time-consuming obstacles

While the platforms have some great capabilities, the various platforms are more often than not challenging for clients to navigate, let alone self service. Product and support gaps are such glaring pain points, both internally and for clients. Compensation structure is a mess (changed a few times) and could be more competitive. Growth opportunities weren't there, in my experience. Completely different culture when I left than when I joined. Ultimately I think the company grew too quick and is now feeling those growing pains. Hope the company can rebound to what it once was!
