I used to really like this place and really learned a lot here. It seems like there are intense growing pains with getting larger and accepting money from Vista, as well as losing the founding CEO. We have basically no direction now, with multiple failed products and failed launches hanging over our heads, leading to a holding pattern where we desperately want to get purchased by another company. In the mean time, we have purchased many smaller companies, so that we can have "International" and "AI/ML" as selling points, but with little to no investment into current teams and projects. If you're thinking of interviewing, make sure to ask your interviewer: 1. When was the last major release of a new product or software your team has made? 2. When was the last cancellation of a project your team has worked on? This is not a part of the normal software lifecycle, which ebbs and flows over time. What ever happened to Attract (well, now Career Sites)? What ever happened to Passport (well, now Career Pass)? When was the last investment into the end-user, who still upload resumes and then retype the entire thing, despite that being a selling point of our software? There was such promise here. Oh, and enough with the "cimsters", dude. Come on.
