Pros

iControl has a really talented staff, and customers who appreciate the company. In my time there, I've had the opportunity to be involved in many projects. I've learned a lot, and I continue to learn every day. I think the leadership is very bright and committed, and generally I feel like they care about me very much. The CEO provided a quarterly update about the company that is very detailed and transparent, and the company treats people with respect.

Cons

The Burtonsville office is not too convenient to where I live

Employee-friendly, rapidly expanding, welcomes innovation, flexible working hours as well as remote work options

Cons

The company is in the process of continued innovation and customization of its solutions-platform. This agile environment might not be the best fit for individuals who prefer a more mature, corporate-like work environment.

Pros

Company culture, you get to work with upper management, you will gain experience in many business areas (ex: analyst doing accounting/reconciliation work), high growth company over the past 5 years, very little micromanaging, working remote is a possibility for some

Cons

Tend to hire from outside the company instead of offering experienced employees opportunities to advance. No set responsibilities. You duties may vary from the job description, and there will be more tasks than described. When an employee leaves the company, management tends to allocate their responsibilities across current employees instead of replacing the employee. High stress level
