Pros

1) Some have an option to work from home 2) Operational employees are great people

Cons

1) TERRIBLE PAY! Stay away unless you want to work for peanuts. Analyst position = $35,000 2) Job description will not represent your actual responsibilities 3) New responsibilities are added without compensation 4) Management is resistant to raises and rejects requests to discuss them 5) No performance reviews (I believe this is done on purpose to prevent an opportunity to ask for a raise) 6) Zero work/life balance 7) You are seen as a "paid asset" that can be utilized for whatever management wants you to do without regard to your skills or interest in the responsibility. 8) You will easily work 10 hours and upwards of 12-16 hr days with no overtime 9) One person for HR that simply sources new employees, and frequently, due to high turnover.

Dictator CEOs

Pros

Ability to work from home on occasion.

Cons

The co-CEOs are brothers and seem more interested in how much money they make personally, while paying employees less than competitive salaries. Company is run as a dictatorship, with no one else's opinion mattering. All presentations and material must be reviewed by CEO and are never left intact. He always completely changes things even when he does not have all the pertinent information. Over the past several years there have been many executives who are fired without notice simply because the CEOs are upset about something and without true foundation.
