Pros

CEO has a clear vision for the future and values open and honest communication. He emphasizes a team-mentality and collaborative workspace which makes for a united company. Co-workers are excited with the work they're doing and are always searching to provide fresh, innovative solutions to the task at hand. Office culture is great, teams are strengthened through eating together at the company cafe and Friday afternoons are times for growing those connections. Overall, a close knit company with driven team leads makes for a cohesive, drama-free work zone!

Cool Place, Excellent Opportunities

Pros

Great place and cool, casual environment. The people are wonderful and they hire the best at what they do. The company cafe "The Byte" is a cool addition and nice perk. It is a challenging place to work but enjoyable at the same time. The days fly by!

Cons

Overall a great place to work! Vacation time is only 2 weeks.
