Pros

Fun atmosphere. Rewarded for performance with salary and equity in the company. You actually feel like you are making a difference in a company, which is a great feeling. Never a dull moment which makes the day fly by.

Cons

There is no such thing as down time which makes it stressful at times.

Pros

Everyone that works at iDevices is passionate about the company and its products. The environment is 100% collaborative and open, no office walls or closed doors. Open communication and voicing your opinions is strongly encouraged at iDevices. Being a part of a start-up this innovative and fast-moving is such an amazing opportunity.

Cons

It's an hour commute from my house and getting to Avon can be a little tough but you get used to it!
