Nothing I can think about so far. We are growing fast so I just hope we can scale the company without impacting client service or employee satisfaction.

Pros

Compensation is descent but they get you back on the hours you’ll work.

Cons

Extremely poor management! no sense of communication among others. treats their production employees like robots. Can’t retain staff (production) to meet high demands. Management is closed minded on any improvement suggestions.
