Pros

A lot of great people work for this company, certain groups/teams became very close, gained a lot of knowledge and experience while working for this company.

Cons

A continuous promise for advancement without compensation. Ran by "the good ol boys group", again not compensating women the same way they do the men. HR was very unprofessional in many ways.

Pros

The benefits are excellent if the pay for managers and below are somewhat wanting. Directors and senior execs are fairly well compensated. As always your boss makes or breaks your job but there is quite a bit of freedom in scheduling work/life depending on your job.

Cons

Pay for lower level positions not the best although the benefits (like free medical ins) are great.
