Pros

None, don't work there. They have NO business sense and a lot of the people who work there have no clue about business. The management is just milking the company to line their pockets

Cons

Stupid people who are clueless on how to work with and treat customers. They should good with all their digital stuff and RFIC but have lost 10's of thousand of their pallets and they have no clue how to find or retrieve them. They spent money like water on the stupidest things.

Pros

The people doing the work in the home office/field are among the best in the business. They will go through walls to achieve their goals.

Cons

The corporate office does not give the employees the information and tools necessary to achieve their goals. Management effectively builds walls between employees and success.

Management nightmare

Pros

Decent pay, benefits were a dream (fully paid healthcare for all employees and their dependents. They took away shares from employees recently, but that was a nice plus. They've also recently changed their leave times, but it's still better than most companies would give employees. Work/life balance has recently gotten much better.

Cons

The new management doesn't have a clue what it is doing. Not only were they inexperienced for supply chain, but they lacked even a small amount of common sense. The board always ran things and became over-involved several years ago and that's when the company started spiraling into failure and demise. Your direct manager usually didn't do any real work, but passed everything off to low-level, underpaid employees.
