Pros

No good reasons, no communications and a lot of lying

Cons

Management is non existent and no common sense. They spend money on travel like it is water and then say you have to keep within budget when there is no budget.

Pros

A lot of great people work for this company, certain groups/teams became very close, gained a lot of knowledge and experience while working for this company.

Cons

A continuous promise for advancement without compensation. Ran by "the good ol boys group", again not compensating women the same way they do the men. HR was very unprofessional in many ways.
