Monday Sales meetings are more of a beat up session than motivating Commissions are constantly decreasing Case studies are not transparent & vague Clunky sales systems and campaign execution No work life balance or encouraged Campaigns tend to run incorrectly often Not as customer focused as one would think Senior Management are disconnected to the sales person and don’t appreciate the efforts

Super toxic culture that is focused on making upper management look the best and paying the sales people over everyone elsewhere. Witnessed atleast 10 organizational restructures and 20 or more people getting fired - if it ain’t working, continue to shuffle people around and change things only to confuse and frustrate people. Misconduct amongst employees and managers. I heard several extensive rumors of inappropriate relations. Upper management knee and covered things up or bribed people to keep quiet. Drinking and smoking on the job.
