Pros

-Nice tech atmosphere -Big area of impact -Decent free lunch friday

Cons

-Benefits are really bad.. the tag line is that "we have the same benefits package as the radio stations" which is weird -Overly involved CPO that doesn't trust the Product Team -Small product team, so not the best work life balance

Pros

Supportive and competent management, Great team, plenty of holidays, benefits kick in after 90 days.

Cons

No pay raises since "COVID" started, horrible health insurance plans that are high deductible, no perks/discounts for anything related to iheartmedia like concerts, radio/music events, taking time off is difficult and you must find people to cover you.
