Pros

The iHeart brand is amazing. #1 in the public's eyes Work/Life balance is fair

Cons

One would assume that employees receive perks to attend at least one of the major events. It's like a big tease. Compensation is extremely below market data. Performance is definitely not tied to comp, or anything for that matter. Senior leaders have little decision making authority. Everything must get approved at the very top.

Pros

Free local concert tickets sometimes

Cons

Soul crushing. Work here for years. They keep on firing people and not replacing them. People are overworked and underpaid. When I was there I hadn't gotten a raise in 5 years and last time it was 27cents and hour more. No room for career development. Upper Managers do not care and Lower management can't do anything. Do not recommend.
