Pros

Nice and friendly people. Fun events from time to time.

Cons

You will wear multiple hats in this company, no matter what position you take. Work life balance comes and goes depending on events. Health Benefits are expensive, even morse so if you have a family. Automation is the name of the game which is good in some respects but at the cost of yearly layoffs.

Pros

The people that I worked with were, mostly, a great group of folks. People were there because they wanted to be there and believed in what they were doing.

Cons

Lack of mentorship, poor relationships between corporate and local markets. Corporate gave off the feeling that employees were merely numbers on a ledger.
