Pros

Before Covid times, the headquarters used to do weekly mini concerts in the office for up and coming artists. But now there are not many benefits at all.

Cons

The salary is very low and it won't go up no matter how long you are in the position. No opportunities to advance.

Bringing Office Space to Life

Pros

Could be an easy job if you are someone who takes comfort in being complacent and you aren't driven. Can get decent compensation if you're lucky and willing to sacrifice happiness for money.

Cons

Poor management, very behind the times (by decades), unmotivated people, siloed departments, poor leadership of most departments, feels a lot like Office Space. Most people are nice but seem very unhappy unless they are in an executive level position and are paid handsomely. No one really seems motivated to do good work.

Pros

Autonomy in the job, for the most part. Time off requests are generally granted readily.

Cons

Everything is about the bottom line, corporate and stockholder interests. Concern for employees, working conditions, compensation is minimal - employee morale is at an all-time low.
