Pros

You have a decent amount of creative license in your show; at the local level, you find a lot of like-minded creative weirdoes and have cool perks like broadcast trips, interviewing artist and free event tickets; having the company name looks really good on your resume when you apply for other jobs

Cons

As the company restructures every few years and moves toward full automation, more people are laid off but their jobs are thrown onto remaining employees without a pay increase for most of them. There doesn't seem to be a regard for work/life balance coming from the corporate level. Too many are overworked and severely underpaid.

Cons
