Pros

Usually a fun group of people - especially on the creative side.

Cons

Really hard to get ahead, get noticed and get promoted. You work long hours trying to prove yourself with little notice. Frustrating and defeating in terms of growth.

Sinking ship

Pros

Access to great concerts, some friendly co-workers. The AEs that have been there for years are excellent sales reps.

Cons

Very high school-like sales team. Priorities are in the wrong place. Most sale reps are more qualified for the managerial roles than the managers are. Every month (good or bad) there is the stress that we are "behind on budget" because the company is coming out of bankruptcy. Some managers are very into micromanaging. NO flexibility to work from home until you've been there at least a year (regardless of what they tell you in your interview). They have no exceptions to this rule, even if you medically need to work from home. There is no local HR, everything is out of Texas.
