Pros

They provide overtime and that's about it.

Cons

Bad benefits, very little opportunities for growth. Feels like a dead end job.

Terrible Leadership

Pros

You get to go to a few concerts per year.

Cons

Leadership and Upper Management are terrible and only care about themselves. Way too many sales people to compete with over limited leads. Awful health benefits. Zero work/life balance.

Pros

Interesting to see the "behind the scenes" of radio and you get to meet some interesting people.

Cons

Employees are not valued by senior management, raises are few and very far between unless contractual and constant "restructuring" resulting in employees expected to do more with less. Conflicting views by senior management often creates additional work.
