Company is still very antiquated, and as it slowly moves to modernize, people's roles and responsibilities are increasing significantly without increasing compensation. There are no real processes in place, leading to everyone trying to figure things out on the fly - way too stressful. This is leading to high burnout rate, and really low company morale across the board. There is no real chance for advancement unless you're one of the "favorites", or you're constantly hitting up the job board, which even then, won't get you far unless the VPs really like you.
