Not Much Room for Growth

Pros

Very entertaining people watching with all of the different personalities.

Cons

Dysfunctional departments. Feels like a civil war between everyone when trying to get anything done. No actual quarterly, mid-year or annual reviews. Not much room for growth professionally or financially.

Pros

the staff was great, get to meet local and national on air personalities. some of the perks were nice too like tickets to events and chances to meet new artists

Cons

no actual training. learning the billing system is not the type of training you need to be a successful AE. 100% commission after a 6 month guarantee. and within those 6 months you get zero training, no guidance, just thrown to the wolves and expected to perform at the same level of 20 year tenured AEs.

Pros

Laid back work environment, occasional tickets to concerts and events, free food and celebrity sitings. Fun people to work with.

Cons

Like high school. So much gossip and throwing people under the bus. You're either in the clique or you're an outsider. Be prepared to be treated like a slave and get paid the bare minimum they can get away with. 8 hour work days are non existent. Don't expect a pay raise, the company is in massive debt and all they do is cut. One day you're in and the next you could be out. Also no opportunity for growth. They do not care about their employees, unless of course you're at the top or buddy buddy with management. Then you get ridiculous pay and crazy bonuses. There is no in between.
