Pros

Laid Back Work Environment, Free Coffee, Allowed to Have Beards/Tattoos/Piercings, free event tickets from time to time

Cons

Horrible Pay, Lack of Opportunity, Incompetent Managers, Corporate shove downs at every corner make for lack of creativity and cookie cutter product, Sales control everything in what should be a programmer's industry. High ranking people paying their lovers far more than a position is worth at the cost of everyone else.

Pros

great work environment, great people, great benefits (concerts :P), flexible work schedules when needed, relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. happy to go to work each day.

Cons

not much room for growth. I started as an intern and was lucky to snag a part time gig, however I am worried this is where my journey will end. Once people enter the company they do not leave, which unfortunately means there are not a lot of openings when you are trying to move up

Great Place to Work If You Don't Have A Soul

Pros

Access to exclusive events in town and elsewhere, goodies, free food and services. You get to see how the radio industry works from the inside and see the effect and change it makes in your community. Surprise appearances by singers and other famous industry people.

Cons

Great company overall but it depends on the market you're in. There could be plenty of opportunities for growth or none at all. Employees can usually get stuck in the same monotonous positions for 10+ years if they stick around. Bosses like to pick favorites and treat those who they don't favor like crap. They also will treat you so bad, to try to force you to quit. And if you're a cute girl, it's a 99% chance you'll get hit on by your superiors, so beware. Office relationships aren't forbidden, but they do cause a lot of problems for the people who aren't involved directly. I also think the salary amount could be higher for the amount of work everyone does around here.
