Pros

Pretty good place to work with a lot of perks such as concert tickets at area venues. Also, exciting to be in the music industry.

Cons

politics, in a word. Like any large corporation, everyone is trying to climb the ladder of success so you sometimes their efforts to do so will be on the backs of others.

Pros

Always have nice gear, clean facilities, and, at face value, coworkers nicer than Mormons on a Sunday.

Cons

Dirt pay. So bad, you're embarrassed to tell anyone what you make, and they never give raises. It's long been understood that Clear Channel is accelerating the demise of traditional, terrestrial broadcasting.

Pros

Management is super friendly and the company culture is fun.

Cons

Not much room for growth unless someone leaves the company. Sometimes confusing on who we're actually reporting to.
