Pros

Im learning many different technologies and we are at the very least able to demo new tech aside from the products we already own.

Cons

iHM is starting to push a RTO (return to office) policy. Most if not all of the IT professionals in the company are not happy about this. It was stated that we were all permanently virtual (for IT) and now all of a sudden we are being told to return to the office. Many of our colleagues moved away from their respective offices to other cities after they were made virtual. The few times I've been to the office myself I'm reminded how terrible commutes are and how time consuming they are. The usual rhetoric is being used which is more collaboration and other points with no supporting evidence from iHM.
