Pros

Good product. If you can sell you can make a good living.

Cons

Management has no idea what it's like on the streets. Health Care costs are outrageous. No training program. Too many things keeping sales team off of the street and in front of customers. Too much focus on what is "new".

Pros

Big company, lots of experience. Great on Resume when you are first staring out. Clients are comfortable with the company

Cons

No training given for new hires. You can only make real money if you are given big accounts that are already on the air. Almost impossible to make any money with all new accounts.

Pros

Lots of events with meet and greets, but if you dont like hip hop or country then that "pro" is worthless.

Cons

Incredibly over worked and underpaid. Account Executives will make good money if they bust their butts the first year, but once the year is done they will see CC do whatever they can to take money out of the AE's pockets. Some AE's have been there for decades and are so incredibly bitter and crusty that it makes day to day working VERY unpleasant. Very cliquey environment. If you arent in the clique then you are treated as an outsider. No matter the position, YOU ARE NOT GOING TO BE A VALUED ASSET TO THE COMPANY AND ARE EASILY REPLACEABLE.
