Lots to sell

Pros

iHeart has just about everything you would need to help any client.

Cons

During the Covid pandemic ad revenue nose dived as well as opportunities for sales people to recover it. When you are 100% commission in this type of environment there is no way to generate revenue. Other media companies paid their sales people salaries for the rest of the year but iHeart only helped for a couple of months at roughly 50% of our normal pay.

Pros

So many people in the industry care so much about what they do. Even part-time employees get access to outstanding events and can say they contributed to its overall success because there's no small jobs in radio.

Cons

Promotions team members don't get the respect they deserve. There's little room for growth within your market as they typically hire from other markets. Pay is not great and very, very few people receive a pay raise no matter the length of employment.
