Pros
My team was great, very warm and welcoming, as well as everyone in my area. They gave some discount to the company's music fest. The company was very open door, and leadership was usually willing to speak to you about whatever was on your mind. I really appreciated that.
Cons
There was no pay increase (performance, cost of living, etc) if you were not manager/director or above. A lot of times, the good salary that you started with was what you would keep. No plan as to career progression. You could be in the same role for a year and not know what to do in order to seek promotion, the career maps didn't exist.
