Pros

If you have a desire to work in the Broadcast arena, they offer the opportunity to work in your field.

Cons

They do not offer fair pay wages that are conducive to the talent or the market. In other words, expect to struggle financially, unless you can manage to build income outside of the company. Also, there is not a union to support employees for equal and adequate pay. They do not have any managers of color and if they do, I would be curious to know how fair they are being treated. Also, the term diversity is used as propaganda, and could possibly be a goal of the company, but not something that is necessarily practiced within the company.

Pros

Good management and remote work is great

Cons

If you want to be fairly compensated for your efforts don't work here. No pay raises and no pay raise even with a promotion. Way low on pay scale compared to other companies yet they love to brag about being #1 in the business and how profits increase every quarter/year.
