Pros

Cool industry to work in

Cons

Terrible compensation and you live in fear of being laid off all the time. The company is in terrible shape and looks like radio is dying media.

Pros

Working remotely and management that actually cares about you and your efforts. Mental health is a big priority, and a massively supporting team. The only reason I stuck around as long as I did was because my team was phenomenal.

Cons

There are no raises, not even annual to account for inflation. If there is financial trouble in the company, don't expect your job to be safe. You will always be expected to wear 30 hats and never compensated for any of it. Saying "no" to unpaid additional roles is looked down on.
