Pros

There are a lot of perks including seeing performances from well known artists. You get a lot of free food from various restaurants because they want the radio jocks to talk about it on the radio.

Cons

Low pay for anyone who isn't a Director, VERY cliquish, a lot of misogyny, (very "boys club" and raunchy at times on the ad sales side.) Bad communication between managers, (not all) and employees- it's very passive/aggressive, culturally. I heard managers openly discuss their dislike of employees under them, which, besides being extremely unprofessional makes you wonder what they're saying about you and to whom. There was a Digital Program Director who started an argument with an assistant right in the middle of the sales floor. It was unprofessional and awkward for those of us who were there, but these incidents are not uncommon at this location.

Pros

Leading company for radio and the evolution of radio in the digital relm. Great tech leaning company, advanced in almost every category of technology.

Cons

Consistent downsizing of employee's, the more the company moves ahead with tech advances the fewer actual employees they have.
