Pros

Work from home, flexible hours , lots of holidays, working on commercials can be fun at times

Cons

iHeart Media requires a degree/certification and experience to be considered for hire and give a starting pay of $12.15 They toss negotiated rates as well. Very slow climb to get anywhere in this company with miniscule raises. Don't expect more than pennies on the dollar after for your efforts moving forward at this company. Here I am, with my 'required degree', thousands of dollars in student debt working at a 3.5 Billion dollar per year corporate giant that pays 12 bucks... it's frustrating to say the least.

Was great until it wasn’t

Pros

For the initial start it was great across the board

Cons

In the span of a short period things went south. My direct superior become condescending, micro management, the repercussions following a “coaching opportunity “ didn’t match the initial action being coached. He created dependency on himself but refused to make himself available. The SOP was broken down to arbitrary steps that required near constant collaboration to accomplish something menial. The list goes on but when one person causes someone else to view unemployment as preferable something is off. Also I was undercut desired salary in favor of “key accounts” that were given without direction then taken away over aforementioned superior not looking into a fabricated misunderstanding. When presented with facts that contradicted the superiors false perspective, the superior doubled down to save face. Ultimately removing a deciding factor of me accepting the job offer
